Subject:     Clearance of Cadets Policy

1.      In order to facilitate Cadets and their parents in College Clearance and avoid undue inconvenience or wastage of time, following policy has been adopted in the College: –

a.    Clearance forms or request for clearance shall be deposited at College Main Gate, or College email.

b.    Deputed college staff shall arrange for clearance from all offices and charge holders, collectively and deposit with Accounts Branch, through the office of DOS.

c.     Upon finalization, concerned Cadets or their parent’s shall be intimated through message or email or call.

d.    In case of any queries, cadet / parents may be called or visit on SATURDAY only, to the Admin Blocks, alone.
