College will re-open after completion of summer vacations on 2^nd September 2023 (Insha Allah) as per College forecast for the year 2023/24. Following general instructions may be followed up by parents/guardians for secure / smooth return of Cadets and resume the College activities:-

a.	Timely return of Cadets after summer vacations	After the summer vacations, the parents / guardians are requested to ensure to return of their sons / wards timely to join in, as per time frame given by the College administration, on 2nd September before 1700 hours.
b.	Deposit of fees and all penalty dues	The parents / guardians are requested to ensure deposit all outstanding fees, otherwise the cadets shall not be allowed to continue studies after Summer Vacations.
c.	Assignment / summer tasks	The parents are requested to ensure that assignment and summer tasks given to Cadets must be complete in all respect before arrival.
d.	Completed kit include Lounge Suit	The Cadets must be in a possession of their complete kits (uniform, walking out dress, Lounge Suit, sports dress) and other required items duly cleaned and ensure fitting according to the size.
e.	Fresh haircut	Cadets must have fresh haircut on arrival from Summer Vacations.
f.	Health review and Certificate of no communicable diseases	Ensure special care of Cadets Health in hygiene and Parents / guardians are requested to carry health review of cadets from concerned medical specialist and arrange to provide a certificate of no communicable diseases at the time of joining the campus. No leave shall be allowed to cadets on minor health issues immediately on arrival at College after vacations.
g.	No contraband items including android phones are allowed	No contraband items include android phones are allowed/ prohibited inside the College campus. Android mobile phones shall be confiscated, under College rule.
h.	Examination schedule	Post Summer Vacations examination of Class 8th & 9th and 1st term examination of class 10& 11th shall be conducted from 16-23 September 2023.
