Subject: Payment of Fees with Late Fee Charges

1. We would like to inform you regarding an important matter related to fee payments. As per KSKCCS fee payment policy, late fee charges are applicable if the fees are not paid within the due date.

2. For your reference, the fee due date and late fee charges for the quarterly fee of July to September 2025 are as follows:

• Fee due date: 4 July 2025
• After due date penalty / fine will be imposed as under:
  1. Rs 50/- per day for 1^st 10 days
  2. Rs 100/- per day for 11^th day to 20^th day
  3. Rs 150/- per day for 21^st day to 60^th day
  4. Rs 13,000/- beyond 60 days
  5. For 90 days and beyond, admission shall be cancelled
  6. For repeated overdue bills, registration for board exam shall be withheld

3. If any late fee charges are incurred due to delayed payment, these charges will be added to the next quarterly fee.
